A Memorandum of Understanding to conduct Certificate Level III training programs for youths under the National Apprenticeship Program was signed between Fenaka and the Ministry of Youth on Tuesday.
The National Apprenticeship Program offers youth nationwide the opportunity to learn work skills on-the-job under the guidance of experts. The training programs are conducted in compliance with Maldives National Skills Development Authority’s national competency standards, and 120 youth are trained under this program each year.
The programs that will be conducted under the MoU between Fenaka and the Youth Ministry are:
Fenaka Corporation said that the training programs will be serving as stepping stones for the youth in order for them to achieve their chosen careers. They also mentioned that they will be allowing participants to join additional training programs and equip them with the necessary skills and experience.
