Starting strong in their statement, Maldives ensures its customers that they use only the most premium and high-end materials in the manufacture of every part of our watches, no matter how minute. They then go on to explain how their watches are made, and what products they use to create each and every one of their products.
Every Maldives Wave Timepiece uses a Miyota Movement: a world-renowned movement manufactured & assembled in Japan by Miyota who have been producing watch movements since 1959 in one of the largest movement production factories in the world, who in 1986 even achieved No. 1 watch production in the world. The production of these high-quality materials is made possible by in-house developed high-speed automatic assembly lines. The movements which are mostly made of metal, once done with production go through strict quality checks before they even leave the factory. They are known for their durability, reliability, and high impact resistance and are regularly used by watch companies such as Citizen, Timex, Bulova, Fossil, Daniel Wellington, Casio, etc.
The company guarantees that, depending on which timepiece you choose, you will be receiving a 3-5 year warranty period, and that the 3-year international warranty is automatically in effect with the purchase of your Maldives Wave Timepiece.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects existing at the time of delivery or coming into effect within the warranty period, however, it does not cover damage caused by negligence or modification by unauthorized persons.
The company has a dedicated service team who are specially trained to work on their watches. This allows them to make the servicing of your watch hassle-free and quick.
At the end of their statement, they reiterate that their first and foremost priority is and always will be to ensure that every Maldives Wave Timepiece is functioning as it should be.
