Ooredoo Dividend Set at 2.70 per Share.

The Board of Directors (BOD) for Ooredoo Maldives has approved the dividend value of 2.70 per share for the year 2021.

Every person or legal entity that is registered as a shareholder of the company before 2 pm (1400hrs) on February 17th, Thursday, will be able to receive dividends.

During a meeting on Thursday, February 3rd, Ooredoo’s BOD approved the dividend, audited financial statements as well as the 2021 annual report.

The audited financial statements will be published by end of Tuesday, 8th February, and the 2021 dividend, along with the audited financial statements and annual report, will be presented for shareholder approval during the AGM held in March.

The distribution of dividends will begin in March itself if the shareholders approve, says Ooredoo.
They also mentioned that the notice for the AGM along with the agenda will be published on the company’s official website before the end of Sunday, February 20, along with the date, time, venue, agenda items, and general information on voting.
