The articles are peer-reviewed and anyone from the ages of 7 to 17 years are allowed to publish their articles on the website.

Article writing is something that requires a lot of research and it is a piece of writing that is structured. Kids who are interested will be able to enhance their knowledge of structured writings as well as broaden their search parameters and learn what sources on the internet are reliable and which ones are not. They will learn how to rewrite, rephrase and cite the sources they use for their articles. All these skills are highly applicable for those who wish to pursue higher studies or wish to work in a research field.

Ugail Foundation was established in 2019 to bring together the people empowerment work and the corporate social responsibility work, for the past 25 years, of Professor Ugail under one entity. The Foundation specifically promotes science, technology, engineering, art, and maths (STEAM) across the board especially among the kids and youth of the Maldives through a modern and dynamic curriculum form.
