STELCO Awards 45 Participants Upon Completion of Historical Managerial Training

In a special ceremony held to mark the completion of Managerial Training program at STELCO, 45 participants have received certificate of completion. For the first time in the company’s history, heads of departments and senior members participated in a dedicated training for them. The training was focused in three different aspects of leadership – leadership skills, people skills and project management skills.  
 
Certificates were handed over by Managing Director Hasan Muqny. Speaking at the ceremony, he shared confidence that leaders will stride to excel in leading their respective teams to keep up to pace with the company’s growth. Mugny initiated the training with aims of preparing the next generation of leaders.
