Ecosys by Dhiraagu- A One Stop Platform With Mission-Critical Services For the Hospitality Industry

Local telecommunication company Dhiraagu always seems to have innovative ideas up their sleeves and this time it is no different. They have joyfully introduced a one stop platform with mission-critical services targeted for the hospitality industry of Maldives under the title ‘Ecosys’.

‘Ecosys’ is will provide resorts with five major services; Fire Detection, Audio Services, Drone Deployment Service, Intruder Detection and Location-Based Services. In addition to offering protection, the platform will also facilitate real-time monitoring for ease of operations. The platform was developed by Dhiraagu based on insights and researches conducted in collaboration with industry experts from Maldives.

Here is a short description of all the services offered on the platform:

·       Fire Detection – A fire alarm monitoring system which will make identification of incident locations easy through its dashboard in order to minimize response time. It can be adapted to already existing systems at the resort to ensure uninterrupted operations.

·       Audio Services – This is a new height of flexibility reached; a dynamic sound system spanning multiple uses ranging from a Public Announcement System, Background Music System as well as one that can be used by guests to play their taste of music via an in-room device at the rooms.

·       Drone Deployment Services – The service is aimed to increase efficiency in monitoring land and sea by the capture of emergency situations in real time, both automatically and also manually.

·       Intruder Detection – Set to monitor pre-designated areas for vehicle and vessel movement which will utilize geo-fencing technology movement in these areas for detection and analysis of threats

·       Location-Based Services – this is an exclusive service carried out with multiple devices like GPS tracking devices, motion sensors, CCTV cameras in monitoring the land and sea areas of the island which has the capability to analyze live feeds and playback recordings. 

Therewith, the launch of Ecosys is a significant notion of the telecommunication company’s aspiration in optimizing digital means for their operations in this technologically advanced period of time.
