The Ministry of Tourism in Maldives signed a lease agreement with Stone Hotels Maldives Pvt Ltd in regards of operating a guest house in N.Manadhoo local island.
In an era where guest house tourism is soaring in Maldives, more and more guests are making their way to these local hubs in which they are obliged the best services and experiences the local tourism has to offer. Other than tourists, Maldivians themselves enjoy a small getaway or vacation in these guest houses, experiencing the fun escape themselves.
At the signing ceremony, Permanent Secretary of Tourism Ministry, Fathmath Ninfa took the initiative to sign on behalf of the Ministry whilst the Director of Stone Hotels Maldives Pvt Ltd, Abbas Mohamed signed on behalf of the company.
The new guest house hotel that will be built in N.Manadhoo island with an area of 132,000 sqft will boast of 50 magnificent rooms designed with the latest innovations. The project is set to be up and running by 2024.
