Maldivian Aviation Academy Inaugurated By VP Faisal

On a ceremony that took place on December 28^th, Vice President Faisal Naseem inaugurated Maldivian Aviation Academy that is established by Island Aviation in association with Maldives National University.
 
VP Faisal was accompanied by Managing Director of Island Aviation, Mohamed Mihad, Transport Minister, Aishath Nahula and officials from Maldives National University.
 
The Academy is said to be operated by one of the top aviation academies from the Czech Republic. Speaking in regard to the launch, Mohamed Mihad highlighted that the students from Asian Academy of Aeronautics will be given high priority since the student’s studies had been disrupted previously.
 
The first course of the Academy, a two-month refresher program is set to take place at Addu City. Enrollment is now open, hence interested applicants can send in their referrals.
