Boating Association Elects New Board For 2022 & 2023

The National Boating Association of Maldives (NBAM) has elected their new management team and executive board for the years of 2022 and 2023. The ceremony took place on December 25th at SALT Café’ and Restaurant.
The New Management Team elected by NBAM for 2022 and 2023 include Ismail Hameed – President, Abdulla Ibrahim Fulhu – Vice President and Ahmed Ibrahim – Treasurer.
The Executive Board Members elected for 2022 and 2023 include Abdulla Nasheed, Ahmed Afrah, Ahmed Zubair Adam, Aminath Salah, Amir Mansoor, Hussain Aman, Ibrahim Shahid, Mariyam Maaisha Shujau and Moosa Rasheed.
The Association represents the Liveaboards in Maldives since 2007, helping the industry partners grow their business successfully. NBAM thrives in the industry, giving their clients and holidaymakers the confidence of safety in the Liveaboards among the country.
Even during the pandemic, the association had thrived, successfully carrying out one of the biggest Expeditions in the country. The Maldives Marine Expo was a triumph among the events the association had under taken.
Furthermore, one of the most notable events to be launched by NBAM includes the nationwide awareness campaign, ‘Life Jacket – Wear It’. In regards to development, promotion and human resource development of the industry, NBAM had also conducted other events.
