First-of-its-kind Psychology Lab Opens in Villa College

Newly established Psychology Lab, a first-of-its-scale in the Maldives, opens in Villa College. Tha lab was inaugurated by special guest Dr. Afiya Ali in a ceremonious celebration held on the occasion at the college. The ceremony was also graced by the presence of Lecturer and Councellor of the Faculty of Education Studies, Mr. Aaiz Ahmed Rasheed. 

 
The lab and its facilities will greatly benefit students of psychology at Villa College. Dr. Afiya praised the work of the college in expediting such a unique and helpful facility for students by the institute. Following her remarks, Mr. Aaiz emphasized on the college’s aim to continue improving its resources to pave convenient pathways for students to excel in their fields. With this lab, he said that students of psychology will now have efficient means of conducting experimental learning practices, and learn how to apply the acquired knowledge in real settings. 
 
Villa College states that the lab will open up new opportunities for students in the field of psychology. Applications are open for 2022 intake for courses in Psychology and other fields at Villa College. Apply before January 4, 2022.
