Hiyaa Flats located in phase 2 of Hulhumale’ City is a Social Housing scheme targeted to reach over 6000 families.
With more than 4000 families now residing in the apartments of Hiyaa Flats, water and electrical issues are bound to arise.
While the electricity is provided by the State Electric Company Limited (STELCO), water is provided by Male’ Water & Sewerage Company (MWSC). To this regard, MWSC has opened a designated help desk in the ground floor of Tower 13 for the complaints and for the information required by the residents.
The Help Desk will be open from 1pm to 5pm every day except for Fridays.
