Manta Air launches their apprenticeship program ‘wings’ with a mission to develop young local talents among the selection to help them develop their skills and properly train them with experts. The program will result in carving your dream career with a certified airline in the Maldives.

2021/22 Batch is set to be commenced in December 2021. The eligibility criteria for the program requires the interested parties to be between the ages of 18 and 25 years, with a completed set of GCE O’level Examination. Most importantly, the student must have a pleasant personality and should be eager to learn.

The Apprenticeship Program will provide important knowledge of Ground Operations, Crew Scheduling / OCC – under flight operations and Scheduling with Reservations under commercials. The program includes on-the-job learning with dedicated mentors by your side additionally with in-classroom personal development programs.
