The Meteorology Office of Maldives has announced the extension of White Alert from HA Atoll to V Atoll. Winds are expected to pick up to 22mph – 27mph with gusts of 40 mph making the ocean rough. Hence, the public is advised to travel with utmost safety and take full precaution as the winds takes charge in the high traffic areas in the HA Atoll to V Atoll.
