Fenaka is a state-owned utility company providing electricity, water and sewerage to the island communities of the Maldives. The company provides their services to over 150 islands in the Maldives and is always introducing new projects and schemes to improve their customer services provided to the people.
Recently, Fenaka cooperation has introduced immediate billing services for the electrical usage. Their team will now be providing the electricity bill at the time of the meter reading in the customers houses. With this scheme introduced, it will have a positive impact in reducing carbon emission as the printing services would come to an end. This way, the customer will receive the bill details through their application and will be able to make quick payments through Fenaka’s Bill Pay application.
The service opening ceremony took place yesterday morning at Gdh.Faresmaathodaa with the Managing Director of Fenaka, Ahmed Saeed, Health Minister, Ahmed Naseem and Planning Minister, Mohamed Aslam.
