MTCC Mobilizes K.Maafushi Picnic Island Site

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has mobilized K.Maafushi Picnic Island Reclamation and Shore Protection Project site on November 8^th 2021. The project valued to a total of MVR 10.8 million has a scope of work that includes reclamation operations of 2 hectares and shore protection. K.Maafushi marks the 3^rd island MTCC has undertaken for work to develop as picnic islands.

MTCC had previously completed work on K.Guraidhoo Picnic Island development and K.Kudagiri Picnic Island where reclamation and shore protection work is underway since contracting on November 6^th, 2021. MTCC has taken a total of 19 projects this year so far.
