MTCC Mobilizes K.Kuda Giri Picnic Island Reclamation and Shore Protection Site

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), opened in 1980 is a big asset to the development of the country. Known to have completed many projects, MTCC strives for excellence in all the projects the company takes in infrastructure developments and facilities of the community. A recent project acquired by MTCC is the Island Reclamation and Shore Protection of K.Kuda Giri Picnic Island.

The project is valued to a total of MVR 41.48 million and is to be completed by March 2022. The scope of the works includes; reclamation operations of 8 hectares, construction of a 397.27m rock boulder breakwater and a 428.32m rock boulder revetment. MTCC has mobilized K.Kuda Giri Picnic Island Reclamation and Shore Protection site on November 6^th.
