Bank Of Maldives Honors Top Performers Among Staff In Annual Staff Awards.

Known as the leading and the largest bank in the country, Bank of Maldives has a dedicated and hard-working management that is proud of its forward-thinking human resource policies, which ensure the highest professional standards in employee recruiting, development, and reward. The bank is known for their appreciation towards their staff enabling a happy and proud environment for them to be working in.

Recently held in their Annual Staff Awards night, BML’s employees were honored with a series of admiration and awards for their dedication and the top performances shown during the COVID19 pandemic. The Recognition Awards were awarded to 17 teams across the Bank.

The Head of Banking Solutions, Afrah Ahmed & the Moratorium Project Team won the coveted CEO’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in 2020. In addition, the Head of Loan Services, Hawwa Sheeniyaz Adnan won the Employee of the Year Award in 2020. Congratulating the winners, CEO & Managing Director of BML, Tim Sawyer recognized the hard-work BML employees went through to ensure banking services continued uninterrupted during the difficult times of the pandemic.
