Minister Shahid Partakes In The National Scout Youth Symposium

The National Scout Youth Symposium took place yesterday where Minister of Foreign Affairs and the 76^th President to the UNGA, Abdulla Shahid graced the ceremony, celebrating and acknowledging the young people.

The minister admired the contribution and the hard-work shown by the young generation to the national development journey, from a low-income country to an upper-middle-income country. He also shed light on the decision-making processes in which youth must be involved and empowered in, which will provide them with the opportunity to have a say in the shaping of the future of our country.

Furthermore, Minister Shahid honored the dedication shown by Scout Association of Maldives and the National Scout Youth Council in building a strong and promising youth population.
