First Medical Center at Hiyaa Flat to be Built and Operated by Python Pvt Ltd

One of the biggest ongoing residential projects in motion at the moment, Hiyaa Flats in Hulhumale Phase 2 have begun to have residents as flat owners who have completed renovation have started to move in. In order to complete the necessary basic amenities at the residential buildings by the beginning of next year, Housing Development Corporation is taking up a number of initiatives to complete the facilities. 
 
Most recently, HDC has signed with Python Pvt Ltd to establish a Life Support Medical Center at H12-G-04. This commercial unit has now been assigned to Python to complete the clinic setup within the next 3 months. HDC stated that hopefully, it will come to full operation by then too.  
 
According to the plans, there will be 2 additional clinics setup in the Hiyaa Flats.  
 
HDC is acting on a priority basis to complete a number of basic facilities such as grocery stores, cleaning services, and so on in the Hiyaa area of Hulhumale Phase 2 by January 2022. This will be when the owners of the flats will commence monthly rent payments as well.
