Health Protection Agency (HPA) announces availability of PFIZER vaccine as a third (booster) dose.

The following vaccination centers will be administering the PFIZER vaccine as a third (booster) dose for the masses. Vaccination is exclusively open for recipients that are 60 years or older, who have passed 6 months after the 2nd dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. 
 
The PFIZER vaccine as a third (booster) dose will be administered at the following Vaccination Centers: 
 

• ADK Hospital: 09:00hrs – 14:00 hrs. 
• Hulhumale Hospital: 13:00hrs – 15:00 hrs. 

 
Make sure to bring medical documents when you come to administer this dose and last but not least  
Make sure you are eligible for the vaccine dose you are signing up for: You must meet the age criteria for the vaccine! 
 
Postpone your appointment if you: 
- Are in quarantine or isolation 
- Tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 28 days 
- Are unwell or have had a fever in the last 24 hours
