HDC Launches Knowledge Hub

One of the key strengths in working as a team is the ability to divide and conquer, and use the available resources to the best of its capabilities. In this regard, Housing Development Corporation has taken matters into an innovative platform and launched the HDC Knowledge Hub – a virtual platform that will connect one employee to another through a learning culture.  

 
HDC pays close attention to allowing all employees to grow their skills and this hub aims to bridge the employee experience gaps. Equipped with several components, the launch kicked off with the “Skills Pros Program”. Employees themselves will take up conducting trainings to share the individual skillsets within the team, simultaneously learning whilst teaching each other as well.  
 
HDC aims to reach for higher standards in both their services and as a team to provide the best intelligent services to the public.
