No PCR Test Required to Travel to These Islands!

As a restrictive measure to control the widespread of Covid19, Health Protection Agency has time and again revised their restrictive measurements imposed on several aspects related to movement, one being travel between islands.

Once the recent surge was controlled, travel to islands resumed for those who have completed vaccines, upon presentation of a negative PCR test taken at least 72 hours prior to departure. Following close monitor of the situation and with the nationwide vaccination program in place, HPA revised the restrictions further.

Vaccination criteria were established earlier last month, and travelers can rid of PCR testing when visiting these 29 islands that fulfil the vaccination coverage. This ease comes as a given for all eligible persons who have completed vaccination with two doses post 14 days.

If not fully vaccinated, travelers are subject to a 14-day mandatory quarantine upon arrival. Additionally, a PCR test is required if the island has not met the vaccination coverage.
