1650 – MTCC Hotline Activated

MTCC has officially launched its hotline number, “1650”.  

A press conference was held to inaugurate the hotline number at Hotel Jen yesterday. The ceremony was graced by the presence of MTCC Chief Executive Officer, Adam Azim, Chief Operating Officer, Shahid Hussain Moosa and Business Development and Administration Division General Manager, Shifau Ali.  

The hotline service will enable customers to connect with the diverse service portfolio and enhance your customer service experience. The toll-free hotline number will be available to customers seven days a week 24/7 with callback services. All questions including questions related to all divisions of MTCC can be answered through the same hotline number. 

To provide the service of the new hotline, a dedicated call center has been established. All employees working in the call center are trained to provide seamless and efficient services to customers. Following the new hotline set up, the previous numbers which are being used will be not available for use after the end of September. 

MTCC believes that the hotline service adds value to the existing service and provides customers with much needed convenience and clarity.
