HDC Urges Hiya Flat Owners To Submit The Required Documents ASAP

Housing Development Cooperation (HDC) stated that many Hiya Flat owners have still not submitted the required information forms through the portal after registering or to HDC office. The information form is required from HDC in order to verify the owners and their guarantees.

The registrations for the flats are still on-going at Huravee School in Hulhumale’, for the owners who were not able to attend the original date for agreement signing. The signing has taken place today from 8am to 1pm.

HDC urges the flat owners to submit the required documents at the earliest through the portal in order to avoid any discrepancies in the future. As the government has given four months starting from September 1st as grace period, HDC announced that they will not be able to extend this period. Hence the bills will start running from January 2022 onwards as planned.
