HDC Urges Flat Owners to Ensure Renovations Take Place According to Guidelines

The Hiyaa Flat owners are required to submit a form and get approval from HDC in regards to the renovations in flat. As per the agreement made for the owners, they are required to get approval first from HDC to renovate or else they would face discrepancy.  

Approval for Hiyaa Flat Renovation form is available from HDC reception (open 9am to 2pm) or the Tenant Portal where the form will also be accepted. After HDC processes the form, the QR code or the approval letter should be displayed in the flat when the renovation is on-going. A representative from HDC will be making rounds to make sure the guidelines are followed for renovation. 

HDC urges the owners to make sure the renovation process is according to the guidelines set by HDC in order to avoid any structural damage that could put tenants in harms way.
