BML Staff Gives Back To The Community In 6 Different Islands

To mark the World Humanitarian Day, Bank of Maldives Staff took initiative upon themselves to show the community and the citizens the importance of humanity. The staff from 6 different BML branches, organized various community activities in Sh.Funadhoo, N.Manadhoo, F.Nilandhoo, Th.Guraidhoo, Gdh.Thinadhoo and Addu City. 

 
In Sh.Funadhoo, the staff renovated and upgraded the public hut located in the islands harbor, giving them new seats, lightings and furnishings. In N.Manadhoo, the east beach area in the island was upgraded with 25 joali seatings and swings for the little humans. In F.Nilandhoo, the beach got a makeover as well with the installation of new seating’s, dustbins, bbq area for the citizens, as well as a new outdoor shower for the beach.  

 
BML staff from Th.Guraidhoo gave the youth center located in the island a brand new look by painting the exterior and the interior walls as well as replacing the old lights. Gdh.Thinadhoo’s Museum Park got a paint job carried out by the staff whilst the Addu City branch staff developed “Hankeda” picnic area installing dustbins and public information signage.
