Youth Awards 2021 Opens for Nominations

This year, Youth Day 2021 will be celebrated on October 22nd as per an announcement made by Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment. The Ministry also highlighted about the Youth Awards that will take place in the ceremony. 
 
Given in 18 different categories, the award will be received by the youth that have shown their hard-work and determination in building a greater economy for their future. Their work towards building a safe community and the work for the country’s development will be greatly appreciated. 
 
Signing up for the award is now open with September 15th, 1300hrs being the due date in accepting these applications. The application can be sent here or it can also be applied to Youth Institution in Social Center (8:30am to 13:30pm non-governmental holidays). For the applicants living outside the city, please send in your applications to info.yd@youth.gov.mv. 
 
Hopefully with awards like these in place, it will motivate the younger generations to serve for the better of the community.
