Hiya Flat Agreement Process On Halt

Housing Development Corporation has been conducting the Hiyaa Flat agreement signing process for the 6720 awardees. In an unfortunate event, the process has come to a halt as an employee tested positive for Covid19.  

Agreement signing that commenced on July 13, and resumed on July 27, following the Eid and Independence Day long holidays. By August 15, 2021, the 6720 hiya apartments were intended to be signed off and the keys handed over to the owners. 

After consultation with the Health Protection Agency, a date to resume the signing will be announced later on.
