In the past two years, we have seen the fall and the rise of our economy and this has affected every person deeply. COVID19 is no joke and we have been working tirelessly in getting back the economy growth and creating a safe future and environment for our younger generations. As a society and as a country, it is our duty and responsibility to follow the safety guidelines and rules published by WHO and HPA.
The President of Maldives, Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, encourages and instructs all government officials and employees to get the two dozes of vaccinations with the last date for the first doze of vaccines being August 15th. He instructed the senior managements to make sure that the employees are vaccinates as the vaccinations play a major role in working towards on getting back to normal and is the safeguard that we have against COVID19.
At a cabinet meeting held yesterday, President Solih emphasized on the positive progress the country has made due to government-implemented COVID control measures. He encouraged the entire eligible population to complete the two dozes and instructed all the cabinet ministers and seniors to work towards this goal.
