HDC Announces Hiyaa Flat Agreement Signing Dates
Housing Development Corporation has publicized the schedule for Hiyaa Flat agreement signing dates for the 6720 applicants who have been awarded housing units from the accommodation towers. Signing will proceed from July 14 to August 15, 2021, at Huravee School Hall according to the schedule below:
- Tower H9: July 14 – 15
- Tower H13: July 17 – 18
- Tower H16: July 24
- Tower H15: July 25
- Tower H4: July 27
- Tower H10: July 28
- Tower H12: July 29
- Tower H5: July 31
- Tower H11: August 2
- Tower H14: August 4
- Tower H6: August 5
- Tower H8: August 7
- Tower H2: August 10
- Tower H7: August 12
- Tower H1: August 14
- Tower H3: August 15
Although agreement signing has been scheduled, it is to be noted that utility provision is not yet complete. Therefore, a grace period of 3 months (duration given to complete finishing works of the apartments and commence monthly payments) will begin after water and electricity connections are completed for the apartments. As of now, the site is not safe for public use.
Even though arrangements are made as scheduled, people who got flats from these towers would need to submit the completed form number HF1 and HF2. Online applicants should remember to provide a clear copy of the scanned ID card, fill in the exact details in neat handwriting, and pay special attention to providing accurate details of the responsible person on the HF2 form.
The signing of the agreement will continue for those whose forms have been approved after submission.
