HDC Opens Hiyaa 7000 Portal for Flat Owners to Submit Details Prior to Agreement Signing.

 
HDC has announced for Hiyaa flat owners to submit their information prior to signing the agreement. To make this process more convenient, an online portal, “Hiyaa 7000 portal” has been introduced which enables the flat winners to open up a personal account. Amid the current covid situation, their current focus is to proceed with the agreement signing without interruptions.  
  
HDC has requested for the below information to be submitted via the portal; 

• Formal documents required for the agreement signing 
• To appoint a person to take responsibility on behalf of the flat winner 
• Exchanging the flats between two people who secured the flats, within the procedure 
• Information of a substitute to sign the agreement should the flat winner be unable to attend  
• To declare a time period that is required to pay the down payment and the rent of the flat

 
Flat owners who wish to disown their flats can inform the authority within the given time period. Therefore, all the documents required can be uploaded through the portal according to the schedule.
