Effective on July 4, 2021, Bank’s branches and service centers would begin to provide in-person services for those not available online. It is open from 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To obtain services in Male’ city, customers can request for tokens through the QueueBee app and assure the waiting position online before visiting. Services at Account Opening Centre, Loan Centre and Business Centre, will be given through earlier arrangements. Customers can book an appointment via the appointment portal. Cut-off times for services available online and cheque processing are;
International transfers and other bank cheque requests received before 11 a.m. and cheques placed before 11a.m. will be handled the same day.
On the BML Cheque Processing Local payments & transfers, all requests received and deposited cheques will be processed before 12 p.m.
Requests received after the cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.
During this time, clients are urged to do their normal banking from home by utilizing Internet Banking and Mobile App.
