MWSC Customer Service Counters to reopen Today Onwards

Due to previous guidelines from HPA, MWSC had to close their customer services on 26th May 2021. However, after more than a month of being closed, with newly released guidelines, MWSC is set to open their customer service center on July 4, 2021.

Male’ 
Information: 0830 HRS – 1600 HRS 
Hulhumale’ 
Information: 0830 HRS – 1600 HRS 
Cash Collection: 0830 HRS – 1500 HRS 
 
With this new guideline in effect, All MWSC Online services will be opened 24/7. Payment collection services will be provided from MWSC bill collection outlets as usual. Emergency hotline number 105, will respond to all emergencies and 3323209 will be available for general calls.
