Two New State Ministers Appointed by President Solih

Khadeeha Naseem has been appointed as the State Minister at the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology. For the past 8 years, Khadeeja has contributed in international organizations, NGOs and various government agencies at various capacities. She holds a Master of Environment from the University of Melbourne, Australia. In her last position, Khadeeja served as the Environment and Climate Specialist at the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology. 
 
The new appointee for the State Minister at Transport and Civil Aviation is Ahmed Afzal Ibrahim. With a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) in Mobile Computing from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia, he brings a wealth of experience in the field from his previous posts working for the Government and the private sector. Afzal was the Minister of State for Environment, Climate Change and Technology prior to this appointment.  
 
The appointments were made official by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih yesterday.
