Aishath Sausan and Ali Imaan Heading to the Tokyo 2021 Olympics Games

Trials for the selection of the swimming team representing Maldives in the Tokyo 2021 Olympics Games was carried out from April 23 to May 5, 2021. Based on the results, Aishath Sausan and Ali Imaan have been picked as finalists who are going to make their way to Tokyo.  

The record-breaking competitive swimmer, Sausan, has been taking part in famed competitions from around the world for more than a decade now. Imaan, on the other hand, is a young and promising swimmer who has been showing great progress in his skills.  

The Tokyo 2021 Olympics Games is scheduled to be held from July 23 – August 8, 2021.
