BML Announces Details of Banking Services Provided This Week

In regard to the updated banking service hours for this week, Bank of Malidves has announced the details of the services timings and provision from May 16 – 20, 2021.  

Following the guidelines issued by HPA and MMA, the changes made are as follows: 
BML Branches and Service Centers will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.   Essential services will continue to be provided. BML will process International Transfers (TTs) and BML cheques during this period. Requests received and cheques deposited by 11am will be processed each day except during weekends and public holidays.   
Customers are requested to opt for online tokens via the QueueBee application while making appointments for the Bank’s services in Male’ City. In order to maintain a smooth flow, take note of the waiting positions on the application before visiting the branches and centers. Pre-booked appointments will be required to attain services from the Account Opening Centre, Loan Centre and Business Centres. Appointments can be made on the BML Appointment Portal.  

BML emphasizes on taking all precautionary measures while visiting the premises. Since health and safety of customers and staff are of utmost priority, BML further encourages customers to continue banking from home for every day requirements, and to use available services online for a contactless and easy service.
