Turkey ham and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients 
1no Home Style Bun  
40g SIMONINI Spicy Turkey Mortadella  
20g Tomato Slice  
20g Iceberg Lettuce  
1no ARLA Burger Slices Cheese (Cheddar Taste)  
1no Egg  
20g Homemade Sauce 
 
Preparation Time 
10 minutes

One scrumptious sandwich
 
How to make 

1. Fry a slice of SIMONINI Spicy Turkey Mortadella until golden and crispy on both sides. 
2. Slice a home style bun and butter the insides. Heat in the oven until brown to preference.  
3. Make an omelet to your choice of style. 
4. Let's assemble. Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion slices on the bun.  
5. Top with the crispy Turkey Mortadella slice and omelet.  
6. Drizzle burger sauce of choice on the filling.  
7. Add cheesy bliss with a slice of ARLA Burger Slices Cheese. Cheddar Taste flavor recommended.  
8. Finish off with the top half of the bun and your burger is ready for a bite!
