Key Competencies:
• Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
• Completed a WSET Level 2 in wines or a recognized wine qualification is a must.
• Must possess broad knowledge in wines, spirits, food pairing and food combinations.
• Have a thorough understanding on the production of wine, sake & distilled spirits categories.
• Feel passion and commitment to delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conversing spontaneously in English and able to relate and interact with people of various nationalities,
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Familiar with LQA standards and HACCP standards is an advantage
