Administrative Officer
Requirements
- GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
- Maldivian Nationality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
- Able to pick up and handle Task quickly
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Must be physically and medically fit
- Flexibility in working long hours
- Able to Make Deliveries
- Familiarity sales software programs will be an added advantage
- Excellent phone and presentation skills will be an added advantage
- Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist Receiving goods
- Assist in Stock Count
- Assist Stocking up Shelves
- Make Deliveries to customers
- Collect Cheques
- Buy office equipment, Stationaries and others requested from the management
- Execute daily task in Shop and Office assigned by the management
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management
