Requirements

- GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Maldivian Nationality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
- Pleasant personality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Help Desk and Task management software programs
- Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
- Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Experience with CCTV , Access Control
- Experience with computer networks and network administration.
- Experience with Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security
- Experience in LAN WAN concept and Wi-Fi Networks

Responsibilities

- Installation and Configuration of CCTV, Access control, Attendance and IOT Systems.
- Installation and configuration of QueueBee queue system
- Windows Operating system installation and PC troubleshooting
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs and IOT’s
- Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security
- Engineers will work in-house or be assigned to a customer’s project mainly in Greater Male’
- Develops and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, configurations, and Deployment plans
- Provide network-engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and Implementation of modern Networks
- Demo products to Customer
- Provide Technical details of products and services from Email, Phone and other form of communications to Customer
- Assist other departments providing technical details of products and services
- Communicate with Sales team regarding Requirements gathered from Customers
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management
- Able to make deliveries is an added advantage
