RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining the dining area
• Getting Feedbacks from Customers
• Excellent at handling cash drawer
• Coordinating with executive chef and restaurant manager and complete tasks
• Take customer orders at the counter
• Receive payments and present change to customers
• Pack food items, make coffee, and fill beverage cups
• Preparing drinks
• Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant
• Make reservations for customers
• Receive food checks from waiters or customers
• Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
• Manage the register, including all debit card and cash operations
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
• Keeping the dining area clean

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in related fields.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and good communicative skills.
- Flexible and cooperative to accommodate job demands.
- Approach problems proactively with solution focus.
- Keep Management and Property Manager informed of work issues and incidents.
- Must be prompt and dependable.
- Able to communicate effectively and solve problems.
- Patient and Loyal.
