Did Your Proposal Make the Cut in the Last Phase of BML Community Fund for This Year?

The largest local bank operating in the country, Bank of Maldives (Plc), instigated its nationwide campaign ‘Aharenge Bank Community Fund’, as a prominent part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

The campaign is aimed to empower local individuals and non-governmental organizations to contribute to their communities by way of sustainable projects.

Administered in 3 separate quarters, the Bank was set to fund successful proposals for 20 community-based projects falling under the themes; education, environment, sports and community development.

Each winning proposal would be awarded MVR 50,000 to transform their ideas into reality. Whilst the first and second quarter has already successfully concluded, the Bank announced the ten winning proposals of the third and the final quarter for the Aharenge Bank Community Fund 2020, just today. Did your proposal make the cut? Let’s find out!

We congratulate all the winners and wish for the successful completion of all aforesaid projects.
According to BML, they have provided funding for projects in 40 islands across the country under the same campaign as of now.
